  • Personnel information: names, roles (mechanic, welder, electrician, ICT/calibration specialist, quality control), qualifications, and competency certificates.
  • Technical and safety information: lists of tools, safety installations (fire extinguishers, sand buckets), inspection reports.
  • Payment information: payment records for the registration fee processed via Remita (transaction IDs and receipts). We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only for purposes related to workshop approval and regulation:

  • Assessing eligibility and processing registrations and revalidations
  • Scheduling and carrying out inspections and site visits
  • Issuing certificates and maintaining certification records
  • Communicating guidelines, inspection findings, deficiency statements, and regulatory updates
